About Us

Paradigm Place started with a simple idea: open a coffee shop in Braddock that truly serves the surrounding community. As we listened and learned, that idea grew into something bigger - creating real opportunities for local food entrepreneurs and building solutions around everyday community needs. As our property development on 515 Sixth Street moved forward, we saw a major gap: small developers face challenges to develop properties that are both affordable and sustainably built in this region.

To move faster and serve sooner, we chose to expand by leasing a nearby existing property where we can grow, and support emerging ideas and businesses right away.

Today, Paradigm Place is becoming a welcoming neighborhood market—bringing together a grocery store, a coffee shop, retail featuring local vendors, and art in a warm and inviting athmosphere, while staying grounded in sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Our location on 515 Sixth Street will be repurposed into a media hub, providing a space for local production with a podcast studio, multimedia production facilities, and other technology integrations.

Above all, we are here to create spaces that meets the community’s needs—and helps local businesses thrive.
